Design Reviews Terms and Conditions set the rules for using designreviews.org. Using Design Reviews means agreeing to the rules below, so please read every section carefully. Please note that these terms cover the use of our website, while additional terms may apply during newsletter subscription or sign-up, and separate terms apply if you decide to submit a design to us.
1. Your Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
Design Reviews Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Design Reviews, available at https://designreviews.org, and of all pages, features and content of designreviews.org. By accessing or using Design Reviews, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by Design Reviews Terms and Conditions, the Design Reviews Privacy Policy and the Design Reviews Cookies Policy. If you agree, you are welcome to continue using Design Reviews, and otherwise we ask you to stop using Design Reviews. The publisher of Design Reviews is identified in the Design Reviews Impressum.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Design Reviews, the publisher of Design Reviews and the owners, operators, editors, contributors, licensors, partners, sponsors, advertisers, affiliates and service providers of Design Reviews shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, reputation or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the access to or use of, or the inability to use, Design Reviews, or reliance on any content published on designreviews.org, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. 5. Full Indemnity

Featured works. The photography designs, products, projects, photographs, renderings, descriptions, names, logos and trademarks featured on Design Reviews belong to the original creators, designers, brands and license holders of each work, who keep all rights to their intellectual properties and related rights. Each work is shown on Design Reviews for editorial purposes, and the presentation of a work on Design Reviews leaves every right with the respective owners.
Original materials of Design Reviews. Except for third-party works, the original texts, the selection and arrangement of content and the layout of Design Reviews are protected by copyright and are © 2008 – 2026 Design Reviews. You are welcome to read Design Reviews and to share links to pages of designreviews.org for personal, non-commercial and lawful purposes. Please obtain prior written permission from the publisher of Design Reviews, and from the relevant rights holders for featured works, before copying, reproducing, scraping, harvesting, mirroring, framing, republishing, redistributing, selling or otherwise exploiting content of designreviews.org, except where the law expressly allows.
Notice to rights holders. If you are a creator or rights holder and believe that a feature on Design Reviews infringes an intellectual property right, or gives incorrect credit, you can send a written notice through the Design Reviews Contact page, indicating the address of the page, identifying the work and your rights in the work, and providing a way to reach you. Design Reviews reviews every notice promptly and, where appropriate, corrects or removes the content.

Design Reviews contains links to, and content from, third parties, including the A' Design Award & Competition, Designers.org, the Design Encyclopedia and other partner websites. Third-party websites are operated independently of Design Reviews, so their content, availability, terms and privacy practices remain the responsibility of the respective third party. You access third-party websites at your own risk and discretion and subject to the terms of the respective third party.

Advertisements are supplied by third parties, and each advertised product, service or advertiser remains solely the responsibility of the respective advertiser. Any dealings between you and an advertiser are solely between you and that advertiser.

12. General Provisions

A delay in enforcing any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
